What to include

  1. Tech pack, sketch or photos. No tech pack? Get one for £79 per style, ready in 3–5 working days.
  2. Fabric. Composition and weight, or ask the factory to source it (full package).
  3. Pieces per style. From 100; outerwear and tailoring 150, denim and activewear 200.
  4. The date you need the stock. Plan at least 14 weeks ahead.

    A real reply from our team, by email, to the address you gave us. If something is missing, we ask for it.

  2. By email

    A fit, or an honest no

    We check the product, quantity and timing against what our factories are built to make. About 1 in 5 briefs is not a fit, and we say so at no cost.

  3. Within 7 days

    Your factory is assigned

    Once the brief qualifies, we place it with the factory in our group built for your product, fabric and quantity. If we place it, our fee is quoted in writing first, never tied to order size.

  4. Then

    The factory quotes and bills you

    We stay involved from sample to delivery: sampling takes 2–4 weeks, bulk 8–11 weeks from the approved sample. No commission, no markup.

Before you send

What brands ask before the brief.

Short answers. Anything else, put it in the brief.

From 100 pieces per style. Outerwear and tailoring usually start at 150, denim and activewear at 200. We confirm the exact minimum for your product before you commit to anything.

We reply to your brief within 24 hours and assign a factory within 7 days of a qualified brief. Sampling takes 2–4 weeks, then bulk production takes 8–11 weeks from the approved sample. If you have a ship date, send the brief at least 14 weeks before it.

Yes, when the brief is realistic: clear garment specs, at least 100 pieces per style and a timeline that allows proper sampling. Many of the briefs we place are a first production run. About 1 in 5 briefs is not a fit, and we say so by email at no cost.

Yes. Send sketches, photos or a reference garment and tick “I need one”. Factories need a tech pack before they can quote accurately, so we can make a factory-ready pack for £79 per style in 3–5 working days, with 2–3 revision rounds.

Nothing. If we can place it, our fee is quoted in writing after we read the brief, before any work starts, and it is never tied to order size. We take no commission from factories, and the factory quotes and bills you directly.

Yes. If you need GOTS, OEKO-TEX or GRS, say so in the brief and we only place it with factories that can show a current certificate for that product.
